All prices are in Pounds Sterling* per week, Saturday to Saturday.

*If you wish to pay in Euro, the conversion rate is 1.40 Euro to the Pound Sterling.

Prices quoted are per gite, per week, not per person (except in the case of B&B). 

Your gite will be available from 4pm on arrival day, and until 10am on day of departure.   Other dates may be available by arrangement, please contact us.

A non refundable deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking and the balance payable eight weeks prior to the holiday start date.

A refundable damage deposit of £50 is required to cover possible breakages, payable at time of paying balance. This will be refunded after the gite has been vacated and checked for no damage.   However, this deposit will be retained should any damage or breakages have occurred during your stay and we ask that our guests leave their gite as clean and tidy as possible.  Any excessive cleaning required will also result in the damage deposit being retained.

Other information - Bed and breakfast per person per night available in both gites £25.00 per person per night. Not available July-August and December.

Christmas breaks available. Both gites are decorated for the festive season.

Please call or email for quotes for weekend breaks, daily rates or extended stays should you be house hunting or relocating to France. Winter and long lets are priced on request.

Aaron and Sharon Vogel of Gites du Marigne take no responsibility for your personal well-being or personal effects whilst staying at Gites du Marigne.  All guests are reminded to take adequate insurance cover for eventualities.  In the event of war, terrorism or natural disaster which may result in the inability for you to take your holiday, our guests are responsible for recovering any losses or costs from their insurers directly.  We accept no liabilites for such.  Please also ensure you have adequate health insurance, along with personal injury and personal belongings insurance.

Optional cleaning charge:  Our guests are offered an optional cleaning charge prior to departure after your holiday.  You may opt to clean the gite yourself leaving the gite to the same standard found on your arrival, or paying a £30 cleaning fee.
