Welcome!

Set in the Poitou-Charentes in a stunning peaceful rural setting, Sharon and Aaron Vogel are pleased to welcome you to Gites du Marigné.

Set in two and a half hectares of meadow and gardens, we have two gites for rental, a traditional Charentaise farmhouse for four persons, and a Napoleonic house for two persons.

We live on site with our two cats, Musty and Coco, and are happy to help during your stay.  Sharon speaks French and will be pleased to offer assistance if required.

Details are provided in the Gites of places to see and things to do during your stay, as well as contact numbers and opening hours of shops and places of interest.  For those who need to stay in contact with home/work, we have WiFi connectivity on site.

We try to be as environmentally friendly as possible by recycling domestic and garden waste, use low energy light bulbs (where possible) and keep organic chickens and vegetable garden.     

Guests with support dogs, e.g. Guide Dogs for the Blind are welcome.
